Virginia LaBiuna was born June, 26 2004 in Brooklyn, N.Y. She used her stepfather's name of Brown when she entered and won the 1919 Motion Picture Classic "Fame and Fortune" contest. For a short time she used the name Virginia Faire, but later decided to reclaim the name Brown. She moved to California to begin her acting career at the age of sixteen.
